Quad Band Features about Sony Ericsson

Sony Ericsson will announce the new F305 gaming phone with PlayStation-like buttons. The phone will come in Polar White shown here or Mystic Black. But get ready to squint while you play on its 2-inch TFT display. Complementing the gaming-related features, Sony Ericsson also included in the F305: a 2 inch TFT display with 262K colors and 176 x 220 pixels, quad-band GSM connectivity (850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz) with EDGE, PlayNow, Bluetooth, Music player, FM radio, a 2.0 Megapixel camera, Web capabilities and expandable memory. Sony-Ericsson-F305-Polar-White memory is a bit limited though at only 10 megabytes. Your music can then be transfered via a USB connection. You can stream your music wireless in stereo, as the phone features the Bluetooth A2DP profile. You can also have a listen to the radio with the built-in FM radio, and recognize the music playing with TrackID. The display on the front of this Polar White or Mystic Black phone is a 2-inch large TFT display with a resolution of 176 x 220 pixels, and up to 262.144 colours. The F305 measures a good 96 x 47 x 14.6 millimetres, and weighs in at just 97.5 grams, making it a bit heavier than it actually looks. F305 will be out in selected markets in Q3 this year. We expect the price tag to be relatively low, considering this is a low/mid-end phone. The F305 allows users to control games with the flick of a wrist or the swing of an arm with its motion gaming functionality. If you want to play a ‘regular’ game, play them the way you are familiar with using F305’s dedicated gaming keys. F305 is preloaded with 3 motion games such as Bowling, Bass fishing and Jockey. You can even play the Sims on this phone. All of that gaming action can be enjoyed on the F305's 2", 262k color 176x220 pixel TFT display, with audio support coming from a pair of high-power stereo speakers that are built-in. Other features of this quad-band GSM/EDGE cell phone include Bluetooth with A2DP stereo support, an M2 memory card slot for music and photos, and a 2 megapixel camera. The F305 supports changeable rear covers, and an extra one is included in the box, along with a color coordinated wired headset.
