Telna's International Dial-Around Service
To help you save more money on your international calls in these tough economic times, telna (formerly 3U Telecom) introduces a special dial-around access number (1-917-210-0000) for use with your cellphone. This feature has been requested by many customers over the last few years, and we are happy to finally be able to provide it to you.
The new cell phone access number is a telephone number located at our facility in New York. Because it is less expensive for us to receive and connect your international calls through this number than it is to do so through our toll free access number (1-866-934-2538), we are offering a 1 cent/minute discount on all calls placed through 1-917-210-0000. This means that you now can call many countries in the world for as little as 3.8 cents/min, which represents savings of up to 20%. Rates for each destination may be found at: http://www.telna.com/index.php?include=international
Since most cell phone plans don’t charge you extra for making long-distance calls within the United States, you will be able to save 1c/min on our standard rates, without incurring any additional charges.*
If you are already registered for dial around service and using our toll-free access number, you can begin to use the new cell phone access number immediately. All you need to do is dial 1-917-210-0000 instead of 1-866-934-2538. You can also update you speed dial and phonebook settings. The toll-free access number will also remain in service, for situations where you cannot call New York free of charge (e.g. when using our dial-around service from a landline). In such a situation, you should continue using the toll-free access number and you will continue to be charged at our standard rates.
Please visit http://www.telna.com/index.php?include=cellphone for more information or to sign-up. You may also contact our USA-based Customer Service Department should you have any questions about this new service.
* Information based upon standard cell phone plans that offer customers a given number of monthly air time minutes. Calls to domestic long distance numbers and toll free numbers both count toward air time minutes. Please contact your cell phone provider for the details of your specific cell phone plan.
