We've been using TinCanTalk for over a year now and couldn't be happier. The few surprises or issues we had were handled quickly. TinCan's support is really incredible. They're very fast to respond and very, very helpful. I know of no better customer service, anywhere. Seriously. The clarity of the calls improved when we moved from a 2.4GHz VTech cordless phone to some Philips DECT 6.0 phones. Also, call quality was better over FIOS but we moved and had to go with cable, which has had a slightly negative impact on voice quality. However, we have never experience dropped calls. Like most VoIP's, your voice mail can be emailed to you, which I like a lot.
