Cancellation fee for a normal digital phone is $59.99, if canceled with along with your one year contract. Cancellation of a two-year contract before its end-date with a video phone is $199.99. These fees are reduced by $5.00 for each month of the contract you pay for. Additional phone lines are $24.99 per month for each line. Virtual phone numbers are $4.99 per month for each number. 300-minute international minute plans are available based on region. $4.99 a month for the European plan, $5.99 a month for the Asia Pacific plan, and $9.99 a month for the Central and South America plan. Re: ACN Digital Phone Service I have the ACN Iris 3000 video phone, and have been extremely impressed with how great this phone works. I saved $25.00 a month on my home phone bill, and now I can SEE my family whenever they call. When I had a problem setting up my phone through my cable modem, I called ACN technical support, and they were extremely helpful.I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

You can leave video messages when they're not home and you can even leave a recorded video greeting. It has all the features you could ever want, besides it getting you a beer from the fridge! I have the new model, the IRIS 3000 and it is super cool! Highly recommended.

IT SUCKS This is a horrible company.. It's a joke.. There customer service is a horror.. i canceled my verizon line to go with them, i run a business out of a basement apartment apparently i have no cell phone service.. They stood me up without service for a whole week during labor day week which is one of the busiest time for me.. I have a meat company.. My loss was on the hundreds of dollars. They told me they were short on techs due to the holiday.. buy yea they charge $40 bucks a month opposed to 29 advertised . I'm disgusted with this company.. i want to make a you tube video smashing this crappy video phone with a sledge hammer. Thats how much i feel about this horrific company and their services.. thank you BUT no thank you ACN
