AVAD Technologies User Review I tried a couple of competitors before settling on Avad Tech. I really appreciate the reliability of the service and the support. My business is fast paced and telephone dependent, I seldom need support and when I do they are right on the spot. Avad techs actually know what they are doing and not just surfing the web for answers!!BTW I strongly recommend you go with the suggested Edgewater router. It really solved my voice qulaity issues by protecting the VoIP traffic!

AVAD has a very reliable and full featured VoIP system. Good customer support that is willing to help me use their system. I was able to integrate all of our home gased employees into our phone system easily. The Bad:
I have seen prices a little lower for similiar services. Would Recommend to a friend.
AVAD Technologies Review - VoIP Provider Overall, I am vry happy with AVAD's service.They are very willing to spend the time with me on support issues, which I think is very important for small businesses.

I have used AVAD Technologies for the past 2-years and have had not problems with the service. The support group is friendly and willing to help. They have a lot of features that come standard with the system. The Bad:
Not the cheapest Business VoIP Provider, but the support I get more than makes up for the slight increase in expense. Would Recommend to a friend.
Re: AVAD Technologies Overall, AVAD is a very reliable company that has a lot of features that are really important for businesses. I got everything I needed from them including the IP phones, toll free numbers, and local numbers.The system was set up and functioning with in 10-days. I did not have any down time when switching to AVAD's system.

The customer support is unbeatable. In the entire 2 years we have been with AVAD we have never once had to play the "transfer" game. Their customer and technical support staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The features and capabilities of this phone system are amazing, no matter what we ask for they find a way to meet our needs. Making changes to our account is extremely easy with the online system that they have. The Bad:
The price is higher than say a Vocalocity but it is for the same reason that a Mustang is more expensive than a Focus. Would Recommend to a friend.
Excellent system and customer service We got tired of the hassles with ATandT and decided to switch to VoIP. We used Vocalocity at first and had horrendous quality and customer support. Our calls would drop constantly, customers would get busy signals, and whenever a caller did get through you could only hear every other word. I was referred to AVAD by a friend and have never looked back since. They had us up and running immediately on their system and all outgoing calls were immediately fixed. Incoming calls still had various problems but those were resolved once we got our numbers away from Vocalocity.

A lot of sophisticated features. If there is something that you what your phone system to do, chances are you will be able to accomplish with AVAD's system. We can use this system in offices that have cable and/or DSL connections. The Bad:
System takes a little getting used too. Would Recommend to a friend.
Service is solid and reliable, support is excellent I have been with AVAD for the last 3 years and have not experienced any problems. They have helped me to use the PBX functions that come with their system.
I highly recommend this service.
