Everything is great and works well We operate a multi-tenant executive suite property in the Beverly Hills/Los Angeles area and have had Broadcore since January 2008. VOIP is a new concept for us, but so far everything is great and works well. Our tenants have been able to use the equipment and services with relative ease and minimum of break-in time. One of the best features of the Company is their support people - you don't feel like you are dealing with a large faceless company - but a friendly service oriented concern. They are relatively easy to access and respond in a very thorough caring way to the needs of their customers.

From Los Angeles I am currently using their service and would like to say that I am happy so far and it seems a small business's service level and values offered are more attractive from those other big companies I have seen! They are definitly a provider to concider for businesses in 20-50 users!

Just a user I am using their service at work in a little IT business and we use it every minute and it just works great. I was surprised when I was making phone calls from my home with my DSL while downloading my large emails. the quality was fine still. I think they have a system that asures of quality and the prority of the packages over the network!

I have used them for over 2 years and I have not heard jitters in the voice you can hear at vonage or covad and their response to my upgrade inqueries or questions were pretty fast. I was shopping around the other day and surprisingly their prices was not bad at all compared to the value they offer!

Quality for a VOIP solution is very good on Cable and T1. Customer service and Invoicing needs alot of work. Lots of good features and functions at a reasonable price.

Peace of Mind! We are a Broadcore customer now and our Two-year contract just expired. Before renewing it I decided to shop around today and came across this VoIP Review site. A little over two years ago we had an old Panasonic phone system including 15 phones with Verizon phone lines, Covad DSL and ATandT Long Distance service. It was time to replace the phone system and we were not happy with the system breaking down all the time and having to deal with repair bills, phone lines bills, long distance bills, DSL bills and dealing with 4 different vendors and bills. After doing research on the Internet I came across Hosted PBX service providers, including Broadcore, but we eventually went with another company. They offered a month-to-month contract and their pricing was lower. Also, I could just point and click on their website and order what I needed. Sounds easy? NO! Big mistake! You lose guaranteed, locked-in lower pricing and accountability to a high level of service when there is no contract involved. Also, ordering a serious business infrastructure like a phone system/service on a company's website is a mistake. A phone system and lines are the back-bone of a business and you better talk to and meet with a live sales engineer who will inspect your place and do full needs analysis before they even give you pricing. Anyway, the company we went with did not offer that and they shipped us some stuff, expected us to already have a broadband connection and expected everything to work. To make a long story short, after 2 1/2 months, untruthful sales people, horrible customer service, and inability to deliver I called Broadcore and a couple of other companies (who are also on this website). After doing my full due diligence this time and scrutinizing all of them more properly because of the experience I had already accumulated, I felt more comfortable signing with Broadcore. I have not looked back since. First and foremost, they delivered a 100% of the sales guy promised and they delivered it ON SCHEDULE. They even exceeded my expectations because of the level of care and professionalism I received before the project started, during installation and afterwards with customer service. I found out that the treason is that these guys were PBX vendors for 38 years before launching their hosted service 4 years ago, so they know their stuff as opposed to some start-ups that are here today and may be gone tomorrow. When I rarely call customer service, they pick up in less than 30 seconds and I get to resolve my questions and/or issues most of the time with the same person. I am not transferred around and in a voice-jail for 30-40 minutes! When I email, I get an answer in less than 2 hours with a workable answer!! Anyway, although their pricing is higher than some, it is well worth it and fully justified because they offer some perks that others dont' i.e. free nationwide long distance included, life-time warranty, life-time user training, admin training (I am an IT guy and both I and our non-technical office manager love the fact that we can easily use a web browser from anywhere to administer the system, if we want to, but they're always there to fall back on)included disaster recovery, and taking care of my T1, lines, local, long distance, broadband Internet, multi-party conferencing, electronic faxing, hardware, phones, etc. I truly deal with one company and one monthly payment and no finger-pointing. I spent all day today talking and emailing their competitors and realized that I want to comfortably extend my contract for another 3-5 years with no worries (because their pricing drops as the term is longer). I have no problem with that because we had the Panasonic system, GTE/Verizon lines and AATandT long distance for 8 years, and the Broadcore service is replacing all of them. So I have no issue staying with them for 8 years as well. After work I came home, had a beer and decided to write this to be helpful to other and express my satisfaction with Broadcore. I hope it's helpful. It has truly given the office manager and I a complete peace of mind.
