VoIP provider As the director of a health care consulting company, we had to go through two other VoIP provider before being introduced to IMPROCOM. We were relieved to find true professionals in telecommunications who understood how to address every issue we faced. They helped us with global solutions, engineered the most optimal system of VoIP for our company's significant distant conferencing requirements. The price they gave us upfront was the actual end cost without any hidden loop holes, they were very direct, honest and trustworthy. The service has been excellent, without experiencing any interruptions or downtime. IMPROCOM is diligent in making any rapid changes we need in reassigning extensions, moving our employees or setting up new conferencing strategies. IMPROCOM is a role model for VoIP providers.

Improcom Review Improcom is one of the most organized well operated VOIP company I have ever used. Iuse them for my office service, andhave a total of 15 lines. they came and installed the same day, quality is great with my cable modem. the features are grate on the phone, love the fact that i can forward the calls anywhere and even take the phone and work from home. my business is leasing cars in the us and exporting cars to Europe, the rates save me over $200 a month on international calls just from switching from my old service provider. Fantastic Service We've been customers for several years now. Improcom has personable, friendly and reliable service. Improcom: GREAT VOIP PROVIDER The guys at Improcom are truly great. I hate the feeling of being just a number in a company.These guys make you feel important no matter if your big or small. We are a ISP out of NYC, with alot of phones, and rely on there services to be top notch. Our system can not be down at all. We have important calls everyday from thousands of customers, and not once have we had a outage with Improcom. And the price is just icing on the cake.

Excellent service by Improcom I am a Doctor and have my offices in a few areas of New York. I use Improcom's service for about 4 years. I changed a location of my medical office, but didn't loose my patients. My phone number and its provider Improcom follow me all the time. I am in different places on different days, but the phone always rings where I am, even if I am staying home. My patients can always reach me and if I move, they move with me, without losing the way to find me, my phone number never changes. Improcon's customer service is always available and ready to assist. I never had any problem with connection. Thank you, Improcom!

Improcom Service is great! I am an attorney and maintain my main office in New York. I use Improcom's services for about 4 years. I love their service. I can use my phone from any place of the world, including my home office in New York, my home in NY State and my home in FL. I am always available for my clients. If I am on vacation in Europe, I still can make phone calls from my lap top and receive direct calls there. Customer service is available any time of the day and night. I never had any problems with a connection. If I need to add any future to my system or remove something, it is done within minutes from my email or phone call to Improcom. I will be happy to give you more details about Improcom service if needed.

Improcom: Great VoIP Provider The people at Improcom are great to work with. They are always very quick to resolve any issues that come up, often taking care of things within the hour! Even when it's not their problem (internet connection, etc), they're quick to work with us to make our experience the best it can be. Since most providers are pretty homogeneous when it comes to price and features, go with the company that has the best customer service. For us, that's been Improcom, hands down. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Great Customer Service and Call Quality I have switched my phone services to Improcom from another VoIP service provider recently. With this change I now have a robust user interface which allows me to customize all of my calling features and settings for each of the handsets. I get tons of free calling features included with the hosted PBX package which almost every other carrier I interviewed said would have additional cost. The expertise of their Cisco trained engineers is unparallel to the outsourced technical support that you would normally experience with most larger providers. My company has now increased productivity because we are spending less time dealing with the poor service provided by our previous carrier.Their agents are accessible even when in the field because of the mobility offered with Improcoms andquot;follow meandquot; and andquot;find meandquot; features.

Improcom has Great service We've been using IMPROCOM's services for over a year alredy and there has been no major problems. I kept my phone number and everyone in our company can call out and receive calls at the same time and we never give busy tone. There are just so many features that I dont even know half of them but my sales guys say that they receive voice mails to email and have access to their extensions online.In overall it's a great service at great price. Good job guys!
