Mindshifted over to VoIP I was pretty cautious about switching to Voip phone service because so many people complain about the call quality and for most businesses the phone is your life line. I chose Mindshift with very little understanding about how the service works but they have shown excellent customer service and made it simple for me to make the switch. The call quality has been great and we're happy we made the change because it's saving a substantial amount on our monthly phone bill. Thanks Mindshift!
