They did an excellent job of getting my business hooked up and running. Customer support was very helpful and considerate. Think Bright is a great VOIP provider and I highly recommend this company for anyone that is in the market for an inexpensive alternative to regular land-line telephones. Give Think Bright a shot. I really don't think you will be disappointed. Everything that was promised to me was delivered.

ThinkBright: works like VoIP is supposed to I've tried Packe8 (disaster) and Vocalocity (nice people, totally unreliable service). Now, I believe ThinkBright might be the answer. Great customer service, easy set up, no hidden fees.....and so far it works like VoIP is supposed to work.

Allows businesses to consolidate multiple companies each with seperate auto attendants all under one account The Bad: Sound Quality 5 Reliability 5 Features 5 Customer Service 5 Price 5 Would Recommend to a friend. Simply the best! Saved my company a ton! I have a chain of restaurants in the new york area. thinkbright helped me consolidate all my locations under one bill. now if someone calls they dont have to hang up, i can simply transfer them to another location extension to extension. I am paying also a fraction of what i was paying before. When i called in initially for questions the agent really knew his stuff and helped me every inch along the way.

The Bad: Make sure not to run BearShare with VOIP, but thats my fault :) Sound Quality 5 Reliability 5 Features 5 Customer Service 5 Price 4 Would Recommend to a friend. Fast Setup Got my company up fast and quickly.
